Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred.

• Audit plans, specs, appraisals, and build progress against contracts.
• Approve and monitor disbursements; create schedule of values for fund releases.
• Communicate with borrowers and builders to mitigate risk and ensure on-time completion.
