Job summary

Oregon State University is seeking a Compliance and Training Coordinator in the Office of Financial Aid. This full-time, 12-month professional faculty role reports to the Senior Associate Director of Compliance and will lead key compliance initiatives, develop training resources, and strengthen staff knowledge and internal controls.

The role handles regulatory interpretation, risk management, and program oversight while supporting students and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately award and revise financial aid according to Title IV regulations.
• Experience in a Financial Aid Office.
• Knowledge of Title IV programs and regulations.
• Experience working with underrepresented, high-need student populations.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear staff guidance.
