Oregon State University seeks a Recruitment Specialist within University Human Resources for a full-time, 12-month professional faculty position. You will advise hiring managers, search committees, and business partners, guiding the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent while promoting a positive candidate experience.

After an initial training period, a hybrid work arrangement may be available; note that fully remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and two years of professional level HR experience.
• Certification as HR professional (HRCI/SHRM) and three years HR experience.
• Four years of admin support experience with detail-orientation, organization, deadlines, and data entry into systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers, search committees, and business partners throughout recruitment.
• Manage recruitment processes and administrative tasks to ensure a positive candidate experience.
