Job summary

Oregon State University in Corvallis seeks a Program Analyst to support the Office of Research Integrity and the Program for Responsible Research Practices. The role focuses on promoting research ethics and handling allegations of misconduct, reporting to the Director and the Research Integrity Officer.

You will assist with confidential proceedings, policy revisions, and training administration, contributing to evidence-based governance of research integrity across OSU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of directly related experience.
• Experience interpreting and applying laws, regulations, and policies.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to participate in continuing education relevant to the assigned responsibilities.
• Proficient with commonly used software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the RIO in coordinating and managing sensitive research misconduct proceedings.
• Schedule meetings, transcription, and data collection/organization.
• Draft administrative documents and proofread committee reports; assist with meeting materials.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with all parties to a case and advise on related actions.
