Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for KE2 Therm controls, delivering expert technical assistance to customers via phone and email. You will diagnose complex HVAC-related issues, log tickets, and coordinate with product teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.

The role requires strong communication, remote work capability, and occasional travel (1–20%). A four-year degree in engineering or equivalent is expected, along with familiarity with BAS/KE2 systems and

Qualifications

Four year degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, IT, Computer Science or equivalent field experience.
HVAC and/or Refrigeration Systems knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Respond to technical questions from customers about KE2 Therm controllers.
Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and communication issues with controllers and accessories.
Document customer interactions in CRM and provide detailed notes.
Collaborate with product development to identify customer requirements.
Develop training materials and technical bulletins for customers and staff.
Provide field support and potentially afterhours on-call coverage.
