Job summary

KE2 Therm Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join its Technical Support team. You will deliver exceptional technical assistance to customers by responding to questions via telephone or email, including possible on-site visits to support KE2 Therm controllers and systems.

The role requires a four-year degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent, strong HVAC/refrigeration knowledge, and a proven ability to diagnose complex problems.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, IT, CS or equivalent.
• HVAC or Refrigeration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-diagnosis abilities.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and customer-focused.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal distractions.
• Willingness to travel 1–20% and support afterhours when needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior technical support via phone or email to KE2 Therm customers.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and communication issues with controllers.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and maintain detailed tickets.
• Collaborate with product development to capture customer requirements.
• Assist in creating training materials, bulletins, and installation guides.
• Attend sales conferences/trade shows as required and provide field support.
• Cover after-hours on-call support as needed.
