Job summary

You will support customer meetings with sales teams, troubleshoot refrigeration applications, and manage issues across the product lifecycle. The role involves 20–30% travel and remote collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or engineering technology; Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or refrigeration focus preferred.
• Experience with HVAC/R applications, ammonia refrigeration systems, and control systems.
• Ability to drive market share and manage multiple customers and projects.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (20–30%).

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer engineering teams to integrate Danfoss refrigeration and control solutions into industrial designs.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and resources to help customers adopt new technologies.
• Support customer meetings with sales teams, delivering technical expertise.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration applications and assist with equipment startups.
• Manage customer-reported issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
