Job summary

Yellowstone Local is seeking a remote HVAC customer service specialist to support Veterans AC Phoenix in delivering outstanding residential HVAC service from a home base. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments with ServiceTitan, and respond to inquiries while maintaining accurate records and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the home services industry.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
• Residential HVAC customer service experience preferred.
• Call center or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling residential HVAC maintenance and service appointments preferred.
• Proficiency with customer service, appointment scheduling, CRM software, inbound calls, outbound calls, customer communication, and residential HVAC industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for residential HVAC service and maintenance
• Schedule service appointments accurately using ServiceTitan
• Respond promptly to website contact form inquiries
• Communicate with customers through text messaging and ServiceTitan Chat
• Return overnight answering service calls
• Make outbound calls to existing customers during slower periods to help maintain a full service schedule
• Educate homeowners on maintenance plans, available services, and current promotions
• Maintain accurate customer records within ServiceTitan
• Participate in daily team huddles
• Complete end-of-day reporting
• Deliver a professional, friendly, customer-first experience with every interaction
