Position Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

Communicate with customers and office staff professionally

Complete work orders and service reports accurately

Keep a clean, organized company vehicle

Follow all safety and company standards

Educate customers about system care and performance

Qualifications:

8+ years of HVAC service experience

EPA Certification (Required)

Strong diagnostic & troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)

Authorized to work in the United States

Live in Arizona (Required)
