• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Comfortable with ET hours and occasional weekends/holidays.
• Organized, calm under pressure and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatch: log customer details in Service Titan and dispatch technicians.
• Customer Follow-Ups: check in with customers after job completion and provide updates on parts.
• Team Coordination: join daily check-ins and monitor technician notes and job statuses.
• Inbox Management: keep CRM and email organized for quick responses.
• Process Improvement: explore basic automation or AI tools to save time.
