Job summary

Globaltize, a growing HVAC/home services provider, seeks an Accountant working remotely from Latin America. The role focuses on hourly invoicing, accurate job costing, and ensuring field data aligns across ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Online, and Bill.com for real-time profitability visibility.

You will follow a daily/weekly/monthly routine, improve accounting workflows, and support end-to-end financial operations with precision and independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1+ year of hands-on ServiceTitan experience, especially invoicing and job costing.
• 1+ year of QuickBooks Online experience.
• 1+ year of accounting experience in trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• 2+ years of accounting experience with US companies.
• Strong job costing and service-based workflows understanding.
• Experience with AR, AP, payroll and monthly reporting.
• High attention to detail and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Daily invoicing in ServiceTitan with accuracy for all items and taxes.
• Reconcile field payments to invoices and record deposits.
• Export batches to QuickBooks Online and resolve sync errors promptly.
• Track receivables and follow up on unpaid invoices weekly.
• Track job costs, labor, materials, and ensure proper coding to jobs.
