Job summary

MCI is seeking remote agents to assist customers during disaster relief efforts. This temporary role operates 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET with two shifts, and candidates are contacted as needed. Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced support environment from home.

Responsibilities include handling service inquiries, applying known solutions, and maintaining positive customer interactions while using company systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work remotely during disaster relief events.
