Job summary

TELUS Digital is building an AI community where AI acts as a partner. As a Human-AI Interaction (HAI) & UX Specialist, you design conversational UX, calibrate trust, and shape personas to ensure tone alignment and accessibility across use cases.

You’ll work remotely within a global network, collaborating across 20+ domains and 500+ languages to advance how AI understands human intent while keeping the user at the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, cognitive psychology, UX research or behavioral economics.
• Native-level proficiency (C2+) in your primary language is mandatory.
• English proficiency at least B1 for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conversational UX auditing to ensure multi-turn interactions are efficient and clear.
• Trust calibration to avoid overconfidence or excessive caution in AI responses.
• Persona & tone synthesis to maintain appropriate voice across domains.
• Accessibility and inclusivity design for diverse speech patterns and users.
