Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a HubSpot Systems & Data Engineer to ensure the client CRM ecosystems are scalable, accurate, and well-documented. The role focuses on HubSpot architecture, data integrity, automation, and cross-client integrations within our RevOps-driven agency model.

You will work across multiple client environments, tackling complex data structures, troubleshooting issues, and building robust infrastructure that supports reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

Strong experience with HubSpot architecture and data management.
Experience in client-services or agency environments.
Ability to troubleshoot integrations and data issues.
Ability to document systems and processes clearly.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize HubSpot properties, objects, pipelines, workflows, automations, and system architecture.
Audit client HubSpot environments for data quality and inefficiencies.
Identify and resolve CRM data integrity issues.
Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other platforms.
Work with APIs, webhooks, imports, exports, and data movement processes.
Support CRM migrations and large-scale deployments.
Partner with RevOps teams to ensure data is structured for reporting.
Document system architecture, workflows, integrations, and technical processes.
