Job summary

Curvion is seeking a HubSpot Systems & Data Engineer to ensure the underpinning infrastructure of clients’ sales operations is robust. You will manage HubSpot architecture, data integrity, automation, integrations, reporting, and system performance.

You’ll work across multiple client environments, diagnosing issues, building scalable solutions, cleaning up messy systems, and creating infrastructure that scales with demand.

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot architecture, data integrity, automation, integrations and reporting.
• Ability to scale CRM environments across multiple client environments.
• Strong understanding of CRM data structures, pipelines and governance.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data migrations and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and optimize HubSpot properties, objects, pipelines, workflows, automations, and system architecture.
• Audit client HubSpot environments for data quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve CRM data integrity issues.
• Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other platforms.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, imports, exports, and data movement processes.
• Support CRM migrations, deployments, and large-scale system changes.
• Partner with data and RevOps teams to ensure CRM data is structured for reporting.
• Document system architecture, workflows, integrations, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and performance of client CRM environments.
