Job summary

Floowi Inc. is seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end deployments for our LATAM client base working with U.S. companies. This remote-first role focuses on scalable CRM design, configurations, and adoption across sales, marketing and service.

You will guide discovery, requirements, and solution design, then configure, test, and train clients to maximize HubSpot value. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate client requirements into HubSpot solutions.
• Strong skills in CRM architecture and data modeling.
• Experience guiding projects from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations from discovery through launch.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot architecture and plans.
• Configure and optimize CRM properties, pipelines, workflows, and dashboards.
• Manage data migrations, integrations, testing, and quality assurance.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Provide strategic CRM recommendations across sales, marketing, RevOps and CS.
