Job summary

Scale IR is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join a fast-paced, data-driven team. The role focuses on CRM optimization (HubSpot), data analysis, and reporting to support multiple clients and internal leadership.

Remote work is offered with a preference for India-based candidates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build dashboards, and ensure data quality across sources using SQL and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven HubSpot CRM experience including workflows, dashboards and reports.
• Strong data quality assurance skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction, analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights across clients and leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM including workflows, deal stages, dashboards, and reports.
• Conduct data quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
• Create and maintain complex Excel models with advanced functions and VBA.
• Join and merge datasets across Excel, SQL, and other data tools.
• Design dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools to visualize metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
• Document processes and create user-friendly reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
