Qualifications

• Strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with the big picture.
• Excellent soft skills—influence, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report HSE performance to stakeholders using KPI data.
• Support delivery of annual plans and implementation of HSE objectives within your area.
• Drive behavioral change to improve HSE performance through core programs and initiatives.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices and standardize processes globally for consistent HSE support.
