Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks an enthusiastic HSE/CIPS Field Safety Supervisor. You will apply Servant Leadership principles to build trust and open communication as you lead CIPS and safety activities in the field and ensure compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations.

You will lead all aspects of HSE programs, perform field safety inspections and audits, coordinate safety meetings, and promote standard work across the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, Environmental Safety or engineering preferred.
• 4+ years in a safety supervisory role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• NFPA 70E knowledge or certification within first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs and CIPS in the field and division offices.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits for compliance with safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NESC and other regulations.
• Investigate incidents and near hits and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and safety awareness activities.
• Develop and promote standard work in the field.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in team meetings and improvement projects.
• Develop and implement safety, emergency, and security programs.
