Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a proactive HSE/CIPS Field Safety Supervisor who will lead safety initiatives across field operations and division offices. You will apply servant leadership to build trust, drive safety culture, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will manage safety programs, perform field inspections, conduct trainings, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.

Qualifications

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs in the field and division offices.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits to assess employee compliance with safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NESC and other regulatory regulations.
• Investigate incidents and near hits to identify causes and propose preventative measures.
