Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a proactive HSE-CIPS Specialist to drive continuous improvement and safety across our California operations. You will partner with site leaders and employees to deliver excellence in safety, environmental compliance, and operational performance.

You will lead 6S and process-improvement initiatives, maintain up-to-date HSE procedures and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve CIPS goals while ensuring a best-in-class work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of HSE experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and safety across the site.
• Engage with site leaders and employees to deliver excellence.
• Maintain and update HSE procedures and dashboards.
• Lead 6S and other process-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers across departments to meet CIPS goals.
