Job summary

Integrated Power Services is hiring an enthusiastic HSE/CIPS Field Safety Supervisor. You will apply Servant Leadership to build trust, lead safety programs in the field, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include inspections, audits, incident investigations, and safety training across field locations, with focus on OSHA, NFPA 70E, and regulatory standards. Remote work with travel within California required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Health, Environmental Safety or engineering) preferred.
• 4+ years in a safety supervisory role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• NFPA 70E certification or plan to obtain within first year.
• Knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs in field and division offices.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits for compliance.
• Ensure OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NESC regulatory compliance.
• Investigate incidents and provide preventative measures.
• Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and awareness activities.
• Develop and promote standard work in the field.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure safety.
• Participate in decision-making on improvement projects.
• Develop and implement safety, emergency, and security programs.
