Integrated Power Services is seeking an enthusiastic HSE/CIPS Field Safety Supervisor to lead safety programs in the field and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards. The role requires travel within North America while working remotely from California.

You'll apply Servant Leadership to build trust, coordinate safety meetings, audits, and training, and drive continuous improvement across field operations. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Environmental Safety or engineering required or highly preferred.
• 4+ years in a safety supervisory role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications; OSHA 510 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs and CIPS within field and division offices.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NESC and other regs.
• Investigate incidents and near-hits to identify causes and preventative measures.
• Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and safety awareness activities.
• Develop and promote standard work in the field.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety.
