Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an enthusiastic HSE/CIPS Field Safety Supervisor to apply Servant Leadership and drive safety in the field. You will lead CIPS and safety activities, ensure environmental, health, and safety regulations are followed, and strengthen safety culture across divisions.

The role emphasizes field inspections, incident investigations, and development of training programs while collaborating with multiple departments to improve safety and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Environmental Safety or engineering preferred.
• 4+ years in a safety supervisory role with field experience.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications; NFPA 70E knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs and Continuous Improvement within field operations.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with protocols.
• Ensure OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, and NESC compliance to maintain safety.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; propose preventative measures.
• Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and safety awareness activities.
