Job summary

Signify Technology is partnering with organizations across Florida to implement, migrate, or optimize core HRIS and payroll platforms. This is a hands‑on, project‑based consulting role where you own real configuration and delivery work, not just support tasks.

You will configure platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Paycom, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Dayforce, lead migrations, and build integrations.

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with one or more major HRIS or payroll platforms.
Real configuration, implementation, or migration experience, not just end‑user use.
Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and data.
Legally authorized to work in the United States; residency in Florida.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and optimize core HRIS and payroll platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Paycom, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian Dayforce.
Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and platform migrations.
Build and maintain integrations between HRIS, payroll, benefits, and downstream systems.
Clean, map, and migrate employee and payroll data with an eye for accuracy.
Configure modules across HR, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and reporting.
Build reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot issues across the platform.
Partner with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into working configuration.
