Job summary

Signify Technology in Florida is seeking an HRIS Director to own the strategy, platforms, and people who run them. This leadership role reports into senior HR or executive leadership and sets the direction for HR technology across the organization.

You will lead a team of HRIS analysts, manage core platform implementations, ensure data governance and reporting accuracy, partner with HR, IT, and Finance, and drive automation across the HR tech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HRIS
• Experience at an organization with 200+ full-time employees
• Hands-on expertise with one or more major HRIS or payroll platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Paycom, or Dayforce)
• Proven ownership of HRIS strategy, implementations, integrations, and reporting
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, data governance, and compliance
• Track record of building, leading, and retaining a team
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Own vendor relationships, contracts, and platform evaluations.
• Build reporting and analytics that give leadership visibility into the workforce.
• Drive process improvement and automation across the HR technology stack.

Job type: Perm

Salary: $145,000 to $180,000 base plus performance bonus (DOE)

Role Location: Florida (Hybrid or Onsite). Open to candidates who currently reside in the State of Florida.

The company: We are partnering with an established organization in Florida with 200 or more employees that is investing in the systems and team behind its people operations. They are hiring an HRIS Director to own the strategy, the platforms, and the people who run them. This is a leadership seat with real ownership, reporting into senior HR or executive leadership, where you set the direction for how the company runs HR technology and build the team to deliver it.

Role And Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the organization's HRIS and payroll technology.
• Lead and grow a team of HRIS analysts, coordinators, and specialists, including hiring, mentoring, and development.
• Manage core platform implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations end to end.

• 5 or more years of leadership experience in HRIS, having managed or coordinated a team (manager, team lead, or senior coordinator level and above).
• Experience at an organization with 200 or more full-time employees.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with one or more major HRIS or payroll platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Paycom, or Dayforce).
• Proven ownership of HRIS strategy, implementations, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, data governance, and compliance.
• Track record of building, leading, and retaining a team.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
