Job summary

Signify Technology in Florida is seeking an HRIS Director to own strategy, platforms, and the team running them. This leadership role reports into senior HR or executive leadership and sets the direction for HR technology and its roadmap.

Role requires 5+ years of leadership in HRIS, experience with major HRIS/payroll platforms, and authorization to work in the United States. Hybrid or onsite role with a competitive base salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in HRIS with team management.
• Experience overseeing a large organization with 200+ employees.
• Hands-on HRIS strategy, implementations, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong data governance, security, and compliance knowledge.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the HRIS and payroll technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and grow HRIS analysts, coordinators, and specialists.
• Oversee core platform implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
• Set standards for data governance, security, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance leadership to align systems to business needs.
• Own vendor relationships, contracts, and platform evaluations.
• Build reporting and analytics for leadership visibility.
• Drive process improvement and automation across the HR technology stack.
