Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyzes HR systems and develops major technical automated solutions; business/statistical analysis, including extracting, analyzing, and reporting on business data to support business strategy.
• Designs and implements improvement to existing processes to ensure cost-saving, time-saving, quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Builds dashboards and data visualization tools to customize views of metrics over large data sets.
• Serves as project lead on moderately complex HR technology systems to support policy and process changes.
