Maximus is seeking a Director of HR Transformation, Change & Adoption. The role leads enterprise-wide efforts to navigate organizational change and AI-enabled work, driving adoption, trust, and meaningful employee experiences that accelerate business outcomes.

The candidate partners with senior leaders to translate strategy into scalable actions, overseeing a globally distributed team and delivering measurable impact across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Communications, Business, I/O Psychology, or related.
• 10+ years of progressive change management experience, including leading large, complex, multi-country transformations.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing globally distributed teams (U.S. and India strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions and using AI tools to accelerate change work.
• Background as a Learning & Organizational Development practitioner—designing learning journeys or leadership development programs.
• Recognized change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Master's degree in OD, I/O Psychology, HR, or MBA.
• Experience in government services, regulated industries, or large-scale HR transformations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and human-centered design.
• United States based with experience supporting distributed teams.

• Partner with executive leaders to define the future way of working.
• Orchestrate complex transformations with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Anticipate resistance and proactively shape sentiment and engagement.
• Lead the human side of AI adoption—ensuring employees build trust and capability in new technologies.
• Integrate AI into the practice of change management—using AI to enhance insights and personalize the change experience.
• Use data to refine strategies—focus on adoption and sustained behavior change.
• Design and deliver compelling employee experiences that influence behavior.
• Create a culture of experimentation—testing new engagement approaches and scaling what works.
• Bring Learning & OD lens—embedding capability building into every transformation.
• Act as translator between strategy and execution—turning vision into actionable pathways.
• Build and activate leader-led change—equipping executives to sponsor and reinforce change.
