Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Director of HR Transformation, Change & Adoption to lead enterprise-wide transformation efforts. You will shape workforce capabilities, drive AI-enabled adoption, and build trust in emerging technologies while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in change management.
Master's degree in OD, I/O Psychology, HR, or MBA preferred.
Certification in change management (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience leading large, multi-country transformations and AI-enabled change.

Responsibilities

Shape strategy into organization-wide workforce changes at scale.
Align change initiatives into a cohesive, cross-functional program.
Lead a globally distributed team across the U.S. and India.
Drive AI adoption and ensure trust in new technologies.
Integrate AI into change management practices for faster insight.
Design learning journeys and leadership development within transformations.
Partner with executives to define future ways of working across people, process, tech.
Monitor adoption metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes.
