You will evaluate AI-generated HR content, create realistic HR workflows, and annotate data across scenarios like performance cycles and benefits enrollment. Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Relevant HR certification is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate HR workflows into evaluation tasks.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail with policy/compliance data.
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation.
• Create realistic HR workflow scenarios such as performance cycles and benefits enrollment.
• Annotate and label data across use cases including offer letters and leave administration.
• Provide structured feedback on accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS and labor laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI.
