Prolific Academic Ltd invites HR and Talent Acquisition professionals to join its Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models with real-world HR expertise.

You will assess AI-generated HR content, create realistic HR scenarios, and annotate data to improve model accuracy while complying with employment laws and best practices. This flexible, remote role offers competitive pay and home-based work.

Formación

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinking: translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks with clear feedback.
• Exceptional written communication and high attention to detail when reviewing policy or compliance data.
• A PayPal account to receive payment from our clients.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI Outputs: review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
• Scenario Creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios (performance cycles, benefits enrollment, employee investigations).
• Data Validation: annotate and label data across use cases (offer letters, leave administration, workforce analytics).
• Compliance Auditing: provide structured feedback on accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS and labor laws.
• Framework Collaboration: work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
