Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Acquisition professionals to join our Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models using real-world HR expertise. A short test may be required to assess fit, and successful participants will be invited to contribute paid tasks, often with the flexibility to work from home.

Researchers tend to pay up to $50 per hour for tasks such as evaluating HR outputs, constructing realistic HR scenarios, and annotating data across benefits, leave, and workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive policy or compliance data.
• A PayPal account to receive payment from our clients.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation.
• Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios, such as performance management cycles, benefits enrollment, and employee investigations.
• Annotate and label data across use cases, including offer letter generation, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks specifically for HR-domain AI applications.
