Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Acquisition professionals to join our Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models using real-world HR expertise. You’ll complete paid tasks, with typical rates up to $50 per hour, and you may work on flexible hours from home after passing a brief test.

Ideal candidates have deep HR domain knowledge, professional HR experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms and a PayPal account for payments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional HR or Talent Acquisition experience in a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting
• Deep domain background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• HR certification is highly preferred
• Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks with clear, nuanced feedback
• Exceptional written communication and meticulous review of sensitive policy data
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation
• Create realistic HR workflow scenarios, such as performance cycles, benefits enrollment, and employee investigations
• Annotate and label data across use cases, including offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics
• Provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications
