Prolific is looking for HR and Talent Professionals to join its Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models using real people-operations expertise. If selected, you’ll complete a short test and be invited to participate, getting paid to contribute to cutting-edge AI research.

Researchers pay up to $50 per hour for tasks that may require one uninterrupted hour, though many are shorter. You can work from home with flexible hours, collaborating with global teams on HR workflows and policy

Competenze

• Professional HR or talent acquisition experience in a mid-to-large enterprise.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate AI outputs related to job descriptions and compensation benchmarking.
• Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios, such as performance management cycles, benefits enrollment, and employee investigations.
• Annotate and label data across use cases, including offer letter generation, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks specifically for HR-domain AI applications.
