Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote HR & Subcontractor Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the compliance and management of human resources and subcontractor activities across multiple regions, ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Your expertise will drive efficient workforce management, support talent acquisition initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our HR operations remotely while maintaining a proactive approach to risk mitigation and employee relations.

• Manage human capital processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and evaluation to foster a motivated and compliant workforce.
• Oversee subcontractor compliance by verifying contractor credentials, monitoring contractual obligations, and ensuring adherence to legal standards.
• Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by staying current on employment law, labor regulations, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), affirmative action planning, and HR legal requirements.
• Utilize HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms for data entry, reporting, and analytics.
• Conduct regular audits of HR data including Excel data analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Support change management initiatives related to organizational design, workforce management strategies, and HR system updates. Skills
• Extensive experience in human resources management, personnel administration, and employment law compliance.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Kronos or equivalent platforms.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting tools including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with an ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively.
• Skilled in conflict management, employee relations, performance management, training & development strategies.
• Adept at data collection and analysis using Excel or similar tools for strategic planning purposes.
