What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Build and maintain effective working relationships with all departments and levels within the organization
  2. Manage Benefits administration for nonunion employees, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability programs
  3. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning and equity within the company
  4. Oversee the design and administration of base salary structures and job architecture
  5. Ensure compliance of compensation and benefits programs with federal, state, and local regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration
  2. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with HRIS systems
  3. Strong project management and analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  5. Proven experience in continuous improvement initiatives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
  2. Experience in managing benefits for a multi-state organization
  3. Familiarity with ACA reporting and compliance
  4. Strong understanding of employee ownership programs
  5. Experience in conducting compensation reviews and salary adjustments
