Job summary

You'll work primarily remote, with on-site days for interviews, events, and trainings, and will engage with external partners to enhance recruitment services across the County.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field may substitute for up to two years of experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Four years of experience in human resources, public administration, legal, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment announcements and screen applications.
• Coordinate full-cycle pre-employment requirements for candidates.
• Support internship program and HR learning initiatives.
• Conduct outreach and community engagement for recruitment events.
• Coordinate department recruitment support initiatives and job fairs.
