Job summary

CG Oncology Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist, People Operations & Administration, to independently coordinate and administer essential People Operations processes supporting the Senior Manager and HR team.

You will own defined employee lifecycle workflows across HR systems, onboarding and offboarding, compliance documentation, benefits support, and learning administration with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Operations, HR administration, or a related employee-support function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer assigned People Operations activities and recurring employee lifecycle workflows.
• Process employee changes and maintain related documentation.
• Respond to routine employee questions and resolve matters within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files.
• Coordinate recurring HR communications, programs, and employee requests.
• Monitor assigned activities and drive follow-through to completion.
• Enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS and other HR systems.
• Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations accurately.
• Prepare and validate routine HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and KPI data.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Prepare approved offer and new-hire documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities and handoffs to the hiring manager.
• Coordinate routine offboarding documentation and checklists.
• Provide backup administrative support for benefits and payroll activities.
