CG Oncology, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist, People Operations & Administration for a fully remote role in the United States. You will coordinate HR processes, onboarding/offboarding, data accuracy in HRIS, and support recruiting and benefits.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in HR/People Operations, with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and HRIS tools. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People Operations & Administration and supports a fast-growing oncology team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in HR/People Operations or related role with hands-on employee lifecycle experience.
• Experience entering and auditing employee information in an HRIS or similar system.
• Experience coordinating recruiting and pre-employment activities, including interview scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer People Operations activities and recurring lifecycle workflows.
• Process employee changes and maintain confidential records.
• Respond to routine employee questions and escalate complex issues.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes.
• Prepare routine HR reports, dashboards, and KPI data.
• Support benefits and payroll data changes as needed.
