Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an HR Service Center Representative to join our team. This role serves as a central point of contact for colleagues and leaders on HR needs, including benefits, policies, and self-service.

The schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, with 100% remote work and the opportunity to support HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in recruiting, colleague development, health and wellness programs, benefits, compensation, colleague relations or related human resources experience is required.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a central point-of-contact for HR needs including benefits, policies, procedures, programs, and self-service.
• Engages HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists as needed.
• Delivers excellence in customer service and support.
