Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an HR Service Center Representative for a 100% remote role. The position supports colleagues and leaders with benefits, policies, programs, and self-service, collaborating with HR COEs, BP, and Generalists to resolve complex HR needs.

Requires a bachelor’s in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience; 1 year HR-related work; certifications such as PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required; or equivalent experience.
• 1 year HR-related experience in recruiting, benefits, or staff relations required.
• Professional HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred).
