Job summary

ATR International is seeking an HR Services specialist to work remotely with a team based in the Eastern Time zone. The role requires aligning with ET/CT hours while supporting ESS/MSS inquiries and HR processes.

Responsibilities include handling escalated inquiries, collaborating with HR partners, and driving process improvements. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is preferred, with Workday experience and strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HRIS and payroll/support processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Handles escalated ESS/MSS inquiries, interprets policies, and resolves complex payroll issues.
• Communicates and resolves escalated employee inquiries delegated by HR Advisors; executes and enhances processes.
• Investigates unique HR-related issues beyond basic training and resolves with employees and managers per SLAs.
• Leads team support for new services projects transitioning with designated departments.
