The position requires a degree in HR/Business or related field with HR experience, or an equivalent combination. Training will be provided on Workday and service-delivery best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for data, policies, and Workday navigation.
• Resolve inquiries using established procedures and policies.
• Process changes to employee data with accuracy and compliance.
• Escalate non-routine issues to HR leadership as needed.
• Balance multiple requests with efficient time management.
• Promote Employee Service Center usage and assist in trainings.
