Job summary

Tufts Medicine seeks a dedicated HR professional to support the Employee Service Center in a 100% remote environment aligned to Eastern Time. You will handle HR data changes in Workday, answer inquiries, and provide policy guidance, ensuring accurate records and responsive service.

The role emphasizes cross-functional support and continuous learning. Primary responsibilities include data processing, benefits and onboarding queries, and collaboration with HR partners to resolve issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or Associate’s degree with 2 years HR experience, or HS diploma with 4 years HR experience.
Experience with Workday preferred.
Strong customer service and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR queries contact for HR data, Workday navigation and policies.
Resolve inquiries using standard procedures and policies.
Provide transactional support to update employee data and analyze HR data for accuracy and compliance.
Escalate non-routine matters to appropriate escalation, including Manager, HR Business Partners and HR Communities.
Balance multiple employee requests with time and project management to deliver timely, effective solutions.
Promote use of the Employee Service Center and contribute to trainings explaining its purpose and how to use Workday.
Delivers strong customer service and adapts strategy to stakeholder needs.
Maintains organized records of common employee solutions and shares findings to increase efficiency.
