Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Extended Workforce Solutions HR Project Manager to optimize contingent labor processes and vendor coordination across VNDLY, Workday, and ServiceNow. The role focuses on integrations, error resolution, reporting, and collaboration with Magnit.

Preferred locations include Bloomington, MN or Irving, TX, with remote options; telework depends on business needs. The candidate should guide customers on CL vs CS engagements and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR service center/shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience with VNDLY, Workday, or ServiceNow or similar HRIS/vendor management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with reporting tools to extract, analyze, and present data.
• Experience managing tickets/cases and following standardized service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily file transfer and integration error reports across VNDLY, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Identify root causes of integration issues and drive timely resolution with partners and vendors.
• Document recurring error patterns and recommend process or configuration improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of integrations and data flows between VNDLY, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Serve as SME on VNDLY integrations and collaborate with Magnit and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Magnit to ensure data alignment between CL and CS modules in VNDLY.
• Create, run, and analyze ad-hoc reports in VNDLY to support oversight and decisions.
• Support audit and compliance reporting needs as required.
