We are seeking a Staff Systems Engineer (Program Management & Digital Solution Integration Engineer) to help shape, deploy, and drive adoption of CIDO program management tools. These tools include Planisware - WorkforceOne, the Enterprise Resource Management solution, Planisware-XDRL, a CDRL/SDRL tracking tool, TRIO, a risk management tool, O2B, an on-boarding and off-boarding management system for employees and IPRS, Intranet Program Reporting System.
This role is hands‑on, and collaborative, requiring a blend of analytical, technical, and change management experience to provide input to solution design and configuration, and to ensure smooth, enterprise‑wide launches and sustained adoption.
The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full‑time at our NG Space Systems sector site located in Huntsville, AL.
Note- Candidates will be required to interview in‑person at our Huntsville, AL site without travel reimbursement- local candidates are preferred.

Primary Level Salary Range: $169,000.00 - $253,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
