Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee day‑to‑day compensation programs, onboarding workflows, and HR operations. You will drive people analytics, ensure compliance with compensation legislation, and partner with HR and business leaders to promote consistent pay practices.

Remote role with permanent, full-time employment. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR Generalist/Specialist roles are required, with 1-2 years of people management and HR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with a focus on onboarding and/or total rewards. Experience with HR analytics and/or HRIS data management preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience of people management.
• Professional Human Resources certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration of compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Oversee compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manages escalations.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provide guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent, equitable, and aligned with company policies.
• Maintain onboarding modules and templates within internal systems, ensuring content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with government standards.
• Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance when necessary.
• Monitor compensation and reporting-related legislation and assess the impact on company policies and processes.
• Contribute to HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive library of job descriptions by ensuring each role has an accurate, up‑to‑date description and managing the organization, version control, and accessibility of all documents.
