Key Responsibilities

Program Development and Management

Develop workforce planning strategies to address current and future talent needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Employee Relations and Compliance

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, addressing workplace concerns and fostering a culture of trust and transparency. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, proactively mitigating potential risks. Performance Management and Development

Qualifications
