You will develop payroll, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle tasks, plus clear evaluation rubrics to ensure consistent scoring by reviewers.

Responsibilities emphasize applying HR expertise with structured reference materials, delivering high-quality, well-documented assignments, and meeting deadlines for a 12-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on payroll, workforce planning, HR policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience developing structured procedures, payroll checklists, process documentation, or training assessments.
• Strong written and verbal English with attention to detail and objective evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic HR tasks based on payroll, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and lifecycle processes.
• Establish objective evaluation criteria with structured rubrics for consistent assessments.
• Assess professional judgment by requiring interpretation of information and HR expertise.
• Prepare supporting documentation including HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
• Ensure task quality and clarity by flagging ambiguous or incomplete assignments.
• Meet project deadlines by delivering assignments within agreed timelines.
